Cancellation fee
From 01.07.08 to 30.09.08 cancellations made less than 7 days in advance and 2 nights will be charged. Other dates will be charged for the 1st night if the cancellation is made less than 5 days.

No show fee
- No-shows for the period between 01.07 and 30.09 will be charged for 2 nights.
- 1 night will be charged for the remaining dates.

Obligatory supplements
Minimum stay:
-01.05 to 13.06 and 28.03 to 29.03 - 2 days for friday and saturday and during the Moto Championship and 3 days for the bank holidays in May (dias na ponte)
- 14.06 until 11.07 and 14.09 until 30.09 - 2days
-19.03 until 22.03, 12.07 until 31.07, 31.08 until 13.09 - 3 days for easter week and 5 days for the remaining dates
- 01.08 until 30.08 : 7 days
