Opera Suite Francia is an excellent apartment located 50 metres away from the Hotel Opera and next to the City of Arts and Sciences, in one of the new areas of Valencia and close to the port. It´s proximity to Bulevar Sur, the new interior ring road, means it is easily and rapidly accessible from all parts of the city. By crossing a nearby bridge you will find yourself in the area of Ensanche and from there just a short walk from the heart of the city. With the capacity for 6 people the apartment are fully equipped.

Cancellation fee
Once the reservation is made:25% of the reservation will charged for cancellation of the reservation.
Between 1 week and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged.
Less than 1 week before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged.

No show fee
100% of the reservation will be charged

Obligatory supplements
25% of the reservation fee will be charged to your credit card when the reservation is confirmed. The remaining 75% is payable apon arrival.
One off cleaning fee of 60€ and returnable deposit of 300€ to be paid on arrival.
Parking available for 10€ per day payable apon arrival in cash.
Additional services available via the hotel: Breakfast, spa, gym.
RESERVATION REQUIRES CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL.
MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS, 5 MIGHTS DURING THE PERIOD 5-8 FEB 2008 AND 14-19 MAR 2008.
