Extra Bed -child 13-16 years old = 50% in the price per person.

Cancellation fee
-In the event of cancellation, there is no charge with more than 3 days notice prior to the arrival date (Please see special conditions for Suites and from 15th July until 25th August 2007).
-Cancellation made with less than 3 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows: - 1 night for stays up to 3 days.
- 25% of the total stay for more than 3 nights stay
-From 15th July until 25th August 2007
Cancellation made with less than 7 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows: - 1 night for stays up to 3 days
- 25% of the total stay for more than 3 nights stay
Deluxe and Garden Suites
Cancellation made with less than 21 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows: - 1 night for stays up to 3 days
- 25% of the total stay for more than 3 nights stay
Royal Suite / Confirmation
Upon confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the booking is required
Royal Suite / Cancellations Policy
Less than 45 days before arrival, the hotel will charge 25% of the total stay
For all reductions in the length of stay or early departures, there is a 50% penalty charge on the number of nights reduced, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

No show fee
-1 night will be debited for stays up until 3 nights or 25% of the total stay for more than 3 nights.
-Suite Deluxe and Suite Jardim = 1 night will be debited for stays up until 3 nights or 25% of the total stay for more than 3 nights.
-Suite Royal = 25% of the total stay will be charged.
For all reductions in the durations of stay or early departures, 50% of the amount of the number of nights reduced by (until a maximum of 7) will be charged.
