We believe that we obtained our goal presenting a service that offers bookings in the right time for the hotels, services of transfers, local excursions and turistic circuits, car rental.
The Clube Travel offers special prices and promotions for some dates such as  programs organized by the hotels for some seasons.

Unless otherwise advised every services are paid directly to the supplier (hotel, travel agency,car rental or other) the Clube Travel functions exclusively as a link plaform betweem the client and the company or supplying entity of services. Clube Travel does not charge any tax to the client

How to book?
Choose the intended service using the different available tools, such as lists, internal research etc.
Once selected the intended service press the button book now, from the moment that you enter in the booking space all the communication is made by safe transaction (The usual codification method is the standard technology  called, "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL).See also our privacy and security policy

Hotel Booking
When you select the type or types of the intended lodging press the button book now, then you will open a new window with the adress https://secure.clubenet.com/clubetravel/ on that space the first step is to indicate the name or names of who is going to use each one of the selected lodgings, if you select extra occupation for children, the system will show the conditions that each hotel demands or offer for that occupation (we recommend that before making your booking verify at the end of the page of each hotel the conditions that are presented), continue your booking and in the next step the system requests that you indicate the data of the person responsible for the booking as well as the data of the credit car. Do not indicate the debit card (visa electron or other) under penalty of your booking not be accepted or be later cancelled.
Once filled the data you will receive an e-mail with the code for the booking validation, after that the book is confirmed.
After validate the booking you will receive a second e-mail with the data refering to the booking, to the hotel and other necessary informations, you should print that e-mail to serve as a confirmation voucher to present to the hotel when you make the check-in.
We inform you that your data and the card data are exclusively to confirm your booking, normally the card will not be debited with the execption that the cancellation of your booking after the time demanded by the hotel or not appear in the foreseen date for the entry, in these cases will be applied the demanded conditions by the hotel and presented in the conditions that are in the presentation space of the hotel that normally are from 1 to 3 nights. Even if the hotel conditions hotel aren't indicated in the correct place the hotel can apply that sanctions because they are published here as basic conditions.
:Basic conditions of booking
Even if they are not in the information space about the hotel the cancellation or no show conditions,will invigorate the following conditions:
- The hotel has the right to debit the first night in case of cancellation for less than 3 days
- The hotel has the right to debit 2 nights in the case of no appearance at the entry date.
In case of intend to cancel your booking you should enter in your client space Access to customers
To access you should indicate your e-mail and the booking code that was sent for the e-mail. This access allows you to verify the booking situation as well as verify if there is any change in your initial request.
Hotel Bookings - Special dates
Special prices are the dates when the hotel organize special programs such as New Year's Eve, Carnival or others, the booking system is equal to the presented system in the hotel booking but the cancellation or no appearance conditions are different, except if they are shown in the space where the program is presented and in case of technical or publication mistake the conditions not be presented in the correct place the following condition are applied.
- Cancellation 15 days before the beginning date of the program will be debited 50% of the booking value
- Cancellation after 15 days before the beginning date of the program will be debited the booking totality
- No appearence in the beginning date of the program will be debited the booking totality.
Hotel Booking promotions
The way of booking is the same but the arrival and departure dates are exclusively the dates that are inserted in the promotional period. The conditions are the same applied in the information Hotel Booking

Transfers Booking
You should choose the intended transfer press the button Book Now and next fill in your data as well as your credit card data Do not indicate the debit card (visa electron or other) under penalty of your booking not be accepted or be later cancelled.
You will receive an e-mail to validate your request. The booking is only confirmed after validation.
Next you will receive a new e-mail with the transfer informations such as entity that will provide it and the contacts.
Allowing for that the transfer services can be given by taxi services or mini bus, in spite of be confirmed with the credit card in some cases that services have to be paid directly in cash to whom   provide them for, so we draw attention to what follows the amount referring to the transfer cost to make the payment locally, in this cases your card will not be debited and will be removed from the system at the service date.
In case of cancellation with the minimum of 48 hous will not be debited any value or cancellation tax in your card.
In case of no appearence will be debited the transfer totality

Booking of excursions and local and national circuits
You should choose the intended excursion and press the button Book Now and next fill in your data as well as your credit card data Do not indicate the debit card (visa electron or other) under penalty of your booking not be accepted or be later cancelled.

You will receive an e-mail to validate the request. The booking is only confirmed after validation.
Next you will receive a new e-mail with the excursions informations as well as the entity that will provide it.
Allowing for that the local excursions can be organized and made by the local travel agencies, in some situations could not be qualified to debit the card with in presence of the titular In spite of be confirmed with the credit card, in some cases may need to be paid directly in cash to whom   provide them. Car Rental

Next you will receive a new e-mail with the booking informations as well as the entity that will provide the car rental.
You should verify the rental contiditions before make the booking request as well as responsible for your personal documents (driving-licence and the identification documents of the driver) in some cases the car rental companies demand a driver with a minimum age as well a minimum of driving experience (1 year or more).

Services guarantee : In the cases when the serviceable entity isn't qualified to make the debits in the credit card and that in some cases above mentioned of cancellations or no appeareance the Clube Travel, through her manager company ClubeNet, can make the mecessary debits to guarantee the serviceable entity rights , In case of that happens it appears in your ClubeNet card statement ClubeNet and the debited value, this value will be sent by Clube Travel the damaged company.
Any doubts about the credit card title: Through the fraud detection system that Clube Travel has to verify if the doubts about the credit card title the Clube Travel can ask for the identity confirmatory documents or anull the booking and inform the client about that.

In some cases the Clube Travel can use the telephone to confirm the booking, so you should indicate your telephone correctly indicating also the area code and the country code (if there is one).
